Research background
Upper membro dysfunction is a common disability after acidente vascular cerebral. About 30%-66% of acidente vascular cerebral pacientes are still unable to usar their upper membros after 6 months of acidente vascular cerebral, which seriously affects activities of daily living(ADL). Bilateral movimento training is a novo tratamento emerging in recent anos. Many studies have shown that bilateral movimento training has significant advantages in improving neurological defects and promoting brain função recombination, compared with unilateral movimento training. This study investigated the effect and mechanism of bilateral movimento training on upper membro dysfunction in pacientes with hemiplegia.
Subjects and methods
52 pacientes with hemiplegia were randomly divided into tratamento group (n=26) and control group (n=26). The tratamento group was treated with bilateral exercise terapia, and the control group was trained with traditional neurodevelopmental method on the affected upper membro. The tratamento lasted for 6 weeks. Fugl-Meyer rated upper membro (FMA-UE) and Modified Barthel Index (MBI) were usado to evaluate before and after tratamento.
Results
One paciente in the tratamento group failed to complete all tests. Most pacientes in the tratamento group felt sore and fatigue in the first few dias of training, which gradually disappeared after continuous training without affecting the training. There were no significant differences in FMA-UE and MBI scores between the two groups before tratamento (P > 0.05). After tratamento, FMA-UE and MBI scores in both groups were significantly higher than before tratamento(P<0.001); the score of the tratamento group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01) (Table2&3).

Conclusions
Bilateral movimento training pode significantly melhorar the upper membro motor função and daily living ability of hemiplegia pacientes during reabilitação.
To ajudar pacientes relearn and recuperar mão motor functions, SYREBO inovador mão reabilitação luva allows acidente vascular cerebral pacientes to do bilateral movimento training. With the ajudar of SYREBO mão reabilitação luva, the healthy mão with data luva pode drive the affected mão with the power luva to move synchronously. Therefore, pacientes pode pick up the cup or bottle with affected mão, which pode promote the autonomic recuperação of the brain and speed up the reabilitação process of mão função. In addition, SYREBO high-end models (C12 and mão reabilitação system for clinical) have fine motor training that power luva pode drive each affected finger to perform the flexion and extension, making training more eficaz and thorough.
